With the advance of scientific knowledge, Buddhist theory is continually being proven to be correct while god has been falling steadily into decline in European countries for over half a century. This trend is becoming obvious in the USA as education and understanding improves.
In Buddhism, the running of the universe is governed by the mystic law which does not judge and is absolutely impartial. This supreme law works through cause and effect thus pointing to the fact that each individual is responsible for their own present and future depending on the sum total of all their thoughts, words and actions in the past.
